Sir Lionel Darell

Rat Catcher Baronet
By Iris Capps

The various images shown here give only a glimpse of Sir Lionel.  He gave himself the name 'Ratcatcher Baronet' as part of the title for his privately published biography.  In that book there is a photograph of Sir Lionel and others in the act of rat catching.

Sir Lionel was an active member of the community and many have memories of him.  Perhaps you could add some here?
