Village pageant celebrating the Coronation, thought to be in 1937. Taken at the Berkeley Arms, then owned by Tom Keedwell. Starting at the left - Diane Pullen, / Long, Dick Woodward (14?), ? Taylor, Dianna Butcher, Dave Organ, Nora Summers. The clothes were made by 'old' Mrs Organ.

1953. Bunny Hunt cutting Johnny Wathon's hair. Bunny was the Bridgeman at Sandfield Bridge and had served on the crane barge Briton Ferry. Charlie Dangerfield came from Purton.
